Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel at any time from Account settings → Subscription. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep full access until then, and you are not billed again.

Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your account drops to free-plan limits and everything you saved stays exactly where it is.

• Within 7 days of a first payment: full refund, no reason needed, provided fewer than 5 exports have been generated on the paid plan.
• A renewal you did not intend: full refund if you tell us within 7 days of the charge and have not used the new period.
• A charge for a period in which the service was substantially unavailable through our fault: pro-rated refund.
• Part-used periods outside the cases above: not refunded. Access continues to the end of the period instead.

Write to support@growahead.in from the email address on the account, with the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

No payment provider is connected to this deployment, so no charges are currently possible and nothing in this policy has yet been exercised. It is published now so the terms are known in advance rather than written after the fact.
